Q. Can I keep the equipment longer if needed?
A. If for some reason you need to extend the use of our rental equipment, we ask that you call us before it is scheduled to be picked up or for you to return the items. We will then check the availability of the items to make sure someone else doesn't have the items reserved. If someone does have the items reserved, we would have to honor their request and ask for the items to be returned to us. If there are no other reservations at that time, we will gladly extend your rental for the time needed. We would then ask for you stop in with the additional balance due or put it on your credit card over the phone, unless you have a charge account with us.
